There are over 25 Trailblazers around the country now. Many are representing their County in tournaments and four of the children are recognised as National standard in their age group.

One of these Trailblazing stars is Michael Bowler. Last year Michael qualified for the BTCA Player Plus finals and was also picked to play in the National Clay Court Tournament. He also played for Yorkshire in the Sixteen Counties and won a place in the British Junior National Championships!

Michael's acheivements haven't gone unnoticed and at the recent Yorkshire AGM he was awarded the Joyce Austin Trophy for being the most improved Junior player in 2001. A spectacular year for Michael and we wish him all the best with his tennis in 2002.
