Fundraising Update

In December 2004 we held our 22nd pro-celebrity tennis tournament. With its exciting mix of tennis action, comedy, music entertainment, The Cliff Richard Tennis Classic has become an essential diary date for thousands of fans.

As always we were joined by some serious tennis talent, including John Lloyd, Annabel Croft, Andrew Castle, Clare Wood, Mark Cox and Jeremy Bate, all former No.1 players, who provided some exciting tennis action.

Cliff's Tennis Classic is always a star-studded event and our celebrity players included TV Presenters Charlie Dimmock and Ingrid Tarrant, ex footballer and recent star in I'm a Celebrity Get me Out of Here' - Neil 'Razor' Ruddock, and Singer songwriter and Fame Academy 2 contestant , Alistair Griffin, who also provided some top musical entertainment.

Special mention, of course, must go to Bradley Walsh, presenter of BB1's National Lottery, who led the opposition team against captain Cliff, and finally managed to wrestle the winning trophy from the incumbant champion. Congratulations Bradley on a job well done!
