The Cliff Richard Tennis Trailblazer programme identifies children with special talent and is proof of the effectiveness of grass roots tennis. We now have 25 Trailblazers competing in local, regional and in some cases, national events.
Some of our top Trailblazers recently made it to the main draw of the U13 National Championships in Bournemouth. Martin Regan made the Semi Final of the championships, making him top ¾ in his age group in the country! Whilst his borther Daniel and fellow Trailblazer Laura Gater made it to the semi finals of the Consolation event.
Also in Trailblazing news we are pleased to report that Darren Adams and Gemma Chitticks recently played in Nottingham, in the U18 national qualifying event.
