Slice Of Life is a new arcade-style tennis game coming exclusively to Switch

The exclusive launch on Nintendo Switch later this year is Slice of life, an arcade-style tennis game.

The game tells the story of Drake Lacasse who rebuilds his life after an unfortunate mishap. Players are tasked with balancing their time between making new friends, getting their essential tennis training and studying. There are a number of characters to meet along the way, and forming a strong bond with them can help unlock perks that will help you out in the field.

The game’s story mode allows for walk-in co-op, should you want to invite a friend to join you, and is said to offer “easy to enjoy, satisfying to watch” arcade tennis gameplay. Here’s a quick list of features to tell you a bit more:

– Experience a twisted tale filled with interesting friends and enemies.
– Fast-paced arcade-style tennis action.
-An in-depth benefit-based customization system.
-Scenarios focused on characters and social connections.
-Tons of unlockable sub-games to mix up the gameplay.
-A huge soundtrack to flavor your time at Rosegate.
-Local cooperative game with a partner.

The game is slated for release in Q2 2020 on Switch, although we expect more detailed news on the release date in the coming weeks.
