The Cliff Richard Tennis Classic

<body> Many of you will be familiar with Cliff's annual Pro-Celebrity Tennis Tournament held each Christmas at the NIA in Birmingham, the UK's new 'home' of indoor tennis. You may have been there over the years, or watched the highlights on Sky TV. Either way, you'll know it's a very special event, with its own unique brand of celebrities, singing, tennis and lots of tinsel and a thoroughly good way to get into the Christmas spirit!<br> <p>The Tennis Classic will feature two teams. They will compete in a series of eight quick-fire singles, doubles and mixed doubles matches. Cliff will be the Captain of a team of Tennis Legends and one of his showbusiness friends will Captain the other. We've already signed up that wonderful French player, Henri Leconte as well as the man with the most tricks up his sleeve, the irrepressible Mansour Bahrami and former Wimbledon finalist, now Romanian politician, Ilie 'Nasty' Nastase.
